I'm becoming a gym rat.
It's weird, I never thought my body would ever do this, but it's actually craving to be challenged and stressed now. When I don't work out one day, I start feeling antsy.
In the past week, I have done:
Monday: nothing (felt antsy. and guilty.)
Tuesday: 1 hour Kick-boxing, 20 laps of swimming
