So I'm thinking about shutting down the ol'live ournal.  It's always been an enjoyable outlet but I feel myself less drawn towards updating it.  Mostly because I'm not finding myself as entertaining as I used too.  Then again moods pass and others return.
Would anybody, really, mind?

I finally worked yesterday (3 hours or so) and as a  result I just awoke from a 12 hour sleep, a feat I probably haven't done since the 90's. Now I feel , as the french say, totally mentally retarded.  I was going to elaborate but this much has taken me twenty minutes.

I have spent the past few days walking in circles downtown between Bay Street and Spadina, for various enterprises  Now don't get me wrong, I'm a big fan of the area but its damn hot outside and I'm plumb tuckered out.  Luckily my efforts haven't been fruitless as I have acquired some essential items (a birth certificate should arrive on Friday and ( Read more... )

So it looks as though I have finally found a job as a security guard.  I had to go to Ajax today to fill out a bunch of stuff and I suppose to get oriented only to discover, as soon as I had spent an hour filling out forms, that I needed my birth certificate in order to get a license from Corrections Canada.  So I have to go to the proper office on ( Read more... )
