That dosn't sound like any fun, and i'm sorry to hear about your awful, horible, not good, very bad day on the V-day (also known as painfuly single awaness day :)) its really sad that you and tweek were good friends until you roomed together, i hear all the time about that can go bad...but i never had any idea it could get this bad!! the girl needs to own up and let you out. have you tired a small clames court or somthing like that? my roommate sujested it they might be able to force tweek to let you out of the lease thingy.

and i'm all schocked and supirized at you and Lani moving in. ...well not really that schocked or suprized but its kind of like "Oh!" and i'm way out of teh loop.
