Coming of Age Work in Progress

After finally defeating Voldemort, Harry Potter can take no more. He leaves the wizarding world for good. But three years later the Dark Lord has a 21st birthday present for the Boy Who Lived. Just what Draco has to do with that present is anyone's guess. An Animagus, Ron and Hermione living together and the least likely person to be an Auror are all there to help, but just what role does Dudley Dursley play in all this!
This was my first attempt at writing Harry Potter fiction and the first chapter was posted in September 2001. I’d never even heard of “slash” at this time and this story was my attempt at writing a story in which if Harry and Draco weren’t friends they could, at least, get on with each other.

A series of vignettes chronicling Harry's final six months at Hogwarts. Exams, friends, lovers, Quidditch, the war and Draco all conspire to make the year end seem a very long way away. This is my Harry/Draco epic that has consumed my HP writing for the last nine years. The first chapter was posted in January 2002 and despite not finishing this, I’ve dipped into this universe on many occasions over the years.

It was inspired by a piece of artwork by milenalupin which I fell in love with the first time I saw it. Unfortunately I’ve been unable to find a link to it at the moment, but will add one when I manage to locate it again.

Written in November 2001, this is, I think, the first short story written in the Harry Potter universe. Back then I hadn’t even thought about writing H/D, so any subtext wasn’t intentional *grins*. It was for a competition on the HP_FanFiction group, and had to include the following words/phrases: ‘Birthday’, ‘one year’, ‘1040’, ‘singing cake’ and ‘storyteller’.

Coming of Age Work in Progress

After finally defeating Voldemort, Harry Potter can take no more. He leaves the wizarding world for good. But three years later the Dark Lord has a 21st birthday present for the Boy Who Lived. Just what Draco has to do with that present is anyone's guess. An Animagus, Ron and Hermione living together and the least likely person to be an Auror are all there to help, but just what role does Dudley Dursley play in all this!
This was my first attempt at writing Harry Potter fiction and the first chapter was posted in September 2001. I’d never even heard of “slash” at this time and this story was my attempt at writing a story in which if Harry and Draco weren’t friends they could, at least, get on with each other.

Written in November 2001, this is, I think, the first short story written in the Harry Potter universe. Back then I hadn’t even thought about writing H/D, so any subtext wasn’t intentional *grins*. It was for a competition on the HP_FanFiction group, and had to include the following words/phrases: ‘Birthday’, ‘one year’, ‘1040’, ‘singing cake’ and ‘storyteller’.

National Blog Posting Month ... NaBloPoMo

Each November the NaBloPoMo takes place on LiveJournal (it might take place elsewhere as well) and the idea is to post something every day during that month. 365 drabbles
One of my Christmas presents in 2006 was “The Cat Lovers Desk Calendar”. On each day there is a pretty kitten-cat and a little saying about cats I decided to attempt drabbling each saying and post a drabble a day for the whole of 2007. That, of course, never happened but between January and October 2007 I managed to write 70.
Don’t worry, not all the drabbles will be about cats *grins*.
