They're paired; they were actually supposed to be the same story but there's a third scene in the middle that I didn't feel like writing so instead we have a G-rated pre-slash thing (which can be read as nonslash if you feel like it) and then a NSFW slashy sequel in which there is sexing.

Someone just made me realize that the other day when I posted the links to my two new stories (the opera fanfics) I forgot to say that those weren't random recs; I wrote them myself and that was me sharing them for the first time with LJ. There's a piece of HP trivia going around. I'm glad.
