It has been 15 days today since I began my new HIV meds. I have been dncing this dance for over 17 years now and I still forget the right steps. At last one more 1/2 day of work and I am off for 3 days. It is reported to be sunny and 70 and I plan to garden everyday. My buddies Winn and Wilma will spend Saturday shopping(nurseries of course) and lunching. I am looking forward to the down time. I leave on the 5th to go see my folks. Life is easy today.

On Monday our friend Andrews mother died around 3pm. Everyone knew it was coming but it happened faster than expected. I am physically mentally and emotionally exhausted. I am out of balance and not able to realign myself with what the world expects of me or rather what I expect of myself. I need sleep and food and quite. I will start over tomorrow.

Somehow my switch to manage stress has been flipped to the off position. It is time to get right size and remember my place in the universe.
