So there's not really a drastic difference in my stats but I've dealt with eating issues for the last 4 1/2 or 5 years. HW is 133.
I know, no one's been here in a really long time. But, maybe we can breathe some life into this community! So, hi!

My bf's coming up to visit and wants me to cook for him.
Fine.
But what in the hey can I cook that is still going to be ok for me to have a bit of?
Any 3 course meals or even less that are good for me that I can eat without gaining 10 lbs?

This is day 2 of my liquid fast. Im doing well so far, but my roomie drank the last of my good water (from those big jugs) and I didnt have very much yesterday. Only like 591ml of water!! I had to trade my vehicle with my boyfriend for a week because we live over 2 hours apart and I needed to haul a dining room set up to my house, anyways, he got a 24 hr last night and my vehicle is IMPOUNDED!!
