I just flipped my shit on mom. Little things piled up more and more, and this morning she flat out refused to take her meds. The one that stops her from vomiting. So... yeah. No good news. Results confirmed lung cancer, and it has already spread. That means radiation therapy, and chemotherapy, starting Tuesday. Good thing is, she comes home tomorrow, and all the therapy can be done as outpatient, given that she hasn't any too strong reactions. We'll have to wait and see ( Read more... )
