I've been up since 4AM, I was thinking of things I had to do today: initiate the endgame, call checkmate, bring the thunder...but I was denied. I'll have to save it until tomorrow. I hope I can sleep some tonight.

K is so cute; she's got in her head that she wants to learn French--even though she despises them politically and sometimes socially. She went out and bought a "Rosetta Stone" and some other language lesson books/Cd's and everything. I got up early this morning, got dressed to go to work--only to find out that I WASN'T SUPPOSED TO BE HERE UNTIL THIS AFTERNOON. This, of course, was after I got to work and battled traffic.

To make things worse, my overnight relief called in sick, so I might be doing an all nighter too...
