I am emetophobia survivor. Took me many years but I consider myself to be a success story, at least for the most part. I know I'm human and relapse every now and then but I feel like I'm 90% better than where I started.

I went out to eat last night with my SO and his roommates (2 other couples). We just got a call saying that one of the couples is really s* and asking how we're feeling. Don't know if some of you remember me. Have not been on in ages. But my son is now 3 1/2 and i had a little girl august 29th of last year. I made it through that pregnancy labor and delivery with no tu! How are all you guys doing?!

I've been having stomach pains for the last 3 hours or so. The same kind I had when I last v*ed. They're making me so anxious!

I didn't eat lunch, but even though it's dinnertime I'm not very hungry. I fear the worst!

I am supposed to take a plane tomorrow and I HAVE to go. All this together is really freaking me out.
