7 kittens, but one didn't make it. I don't know if he was stillborn or died after birth. I went to check on momma and the babes and the little guy wasn't moving. I cleared his airway, tried gently blowing into his mouth, used a warmed cloth and tried to stimulate his heart, but no good. The other kittens are fine. I feel sad for the lost one ( Read more... )

Gregg is here this weekend and I have Monday off for the holiday. Hagrid started to have her kittens this morning. I had to remove the placental sacs from two of the newbies since mom didn't seem interested in doing so herself.
