Had my sleep study Sunday night. The technician was great, and he engineered a great night's sleep for me. Actually lowered my cpap pressure, which is a surprise (I thought it would go up). Now to get the new pressure programmed to my machine. He also put me in a new mask, which is okay but not as comfortable as my old one and it does leave marks ( Read more... )

Update on the eating program: it's going well. I have lost several pounds and have not had to put up with hunger. If I can recover some energy, I might do something radical like start a walking program. Alas, my Pilates show has been moved to 6am, and so far I have not had the resolve to do ab work that early. Working to the point of exhaustian is never a good idea, and one the company rarely recognizes or rewards. Usually, it even blames you for being stupid enough to work too much. I have always loved his work. Now, he is truly astounding me.
