when you call people to have someone to talk to, they knew you needed to talk even if you dont say it , they didnt go on and on about themselves when you really need someone to talk to because you're feeling worthless ...wouldnt it be nice if the people you thought really knew you..did.

On Friday August 3rd, my father had a heart attack. He is fine. No permanant damage. A vein around his heart was 99% closed. Two stints were put in to open it up. He is doing fine and is adjusting to the change in diet he must undergo. It scared me really bad. My biggest fear since I was very young was losing one of my parents. yesterday, my girlfriend and i were driving along a VERY busy intersection. up ahead we saw two dogs running across traffic. so of course..i yank my car to the curb and go after them. got them out of traffic. and amazingly...one had tags with a number. so we called , and with a few minutes..the owners were there to pick them up. felt good about ( Read more... )

i am three days sober now. its not much, but its a start. things just spiraled out of control. and i didnt like where i was or where i was going.{again} went to my doctor today and he gave me something for withdrawl. i hate it, but one day at a time.

maybe its the time of the year, but i have been very moody. i like the summer heat and longer days. the first of the year always seems to be tough. bills bills bills...they put knots in my back. it feels like i have alot of weight on my shoulders. i need to get of ass and get things done!
