I'm looking for Norwegian prog-metal band 3rd and the Mortal without a lot of success...I specifically want the album "Tears Lain in Earth", which was a tremendous influence on me when I was young. It was very hard to be out at Bats tonight at the death toll kept rising and friends kept checking in via instant messager from Yogyakart Indonesia where many of our friends were injured, and most lost their homes. This is my favorite city on the planet. Where Durga lived and went to college, where our house was located. Part of the roof caved ( Read more... )

My favorite reggae artist and one of my favorite vocalists of all time, Desmond Dekker has passed away. I am so lucky that I got to see him before he died. He was brilliant and a phenomenal performer up until the very end. He died Thursday morning while at home in England.
