Writer's Block: Thanks for the Input
This is easy.
The absolute worst advice I've ever received came shortly after being laid off. (I was laid off the day of Bush's first inauguration, if that's not an omen, I don't know what is...)
I lost my unemployment coverage due to a fight with a temp agency.

A woman who took in a wild, unmannered, hateful, redneck child and turned her into a woman who can at least aspire to be a gracious, loving, caring cultured adult.

Ohio State Rep wants to make it illegal for a woman to have an abortion without the father's consent. Sure, this sounds like a GREAT idea... /scarcasm.
And I've seen it elsewhere, but I'll repeat it: If men had children, abortion would be a sacrament. -

So, called mom to see how my brother's surgery went, because I'm a Bigger Person than he is. ( Truly I don't know why I bother.... ) -

We all benefit from libraries, whether as a place to go find the latest novel or to grab a movie (free!) or for children's storybook hour, or internet access, or even job search assistance.
