Have you ever just sat and played audience to people buzzing around you? They really do seem like hyper emotional little bees. I enjoy watching them. It feels good to see all that life swirling around you.

I’m going to Ireland next month. I’ll be working there for 6 weeks and then I have a week of vacation to go wherever the hell I want. This is kind of huge and amazing for someone that’s never been outside of the west coast-nebraska-vancouver bc-mexico box. Today was the weirdest day ever. Weird in a way that makes me expect a bus to hit me... while I'm sitting in my apartment.

There are no real resolutions this year. The holidays have left me more confused than ever. 10 years ago I was happy. I didn’t believe in love. I spent half of the day pretending I can sing. It felt good. The song doesn't necessarily have to be fantastic. What's most important is that it has that gospel quality that spins you around and washes you away. Almost sexual, but less involved. You should try it sometime ( Read more... )
