Just when I figured that it was not good being a Queen, I found a reason to rejoice in being a queen mother!

I discovered this week that being the Queen Mother of a Red Hat Society chapter is not all fun. I get to enjoy planning events. I get to meet and reign over some really delightful women. For all of that money.... you would think that there should be no problems or issues with a very expensive item. Am I talking about a car?? No! Baby Furniture?? Again, no! Automobile Tires?? Once again, no!

I just came from my doctor's office. I have been going to this group of doctors for quite a while. But I had become dissatisfied with my current doctor when SHE canceled two of the four appointments I had made.

So, the snow started on Saturday afternoon. First it was tiny flakes and melted quickly on the ground. Then it started coming down faster and bigger flakes, but as darkness fell, the roads were only wet. That was good.... until it really started sticking... and the water froze into ice.

I work with them everyday. I am on them pretty much all day long. I work with them when I get home…. And there are days, times and hours, when I could easily drop-kick them all into the nearest body of water.
