I wouldn't choose to die in a way like that because I don't think the novelty-factor outweighs the excruciating-pain factor.

I'd opt for death by 7 pool zergling rush. Very painful, but incredibly quick.

I agree; it wouldn't be the most painful, but dying while skydiving would be fascinating, just seeing the earth rush at you.
