I think that I'm a lot more upset about things with my mom than I thought. I still can't believe I'm actually married. It has been a long, bumpy road to get here, but it was all worth it in the long run. I am so glad that we both hung on during the first two tumultuous years of our relationship. Well, the wedding was wonderful. The weather was gorgeous, everything was on time, and I've had nothing but compliments about the wedding and reception. People really looked like they were having fun too, which makes me happy. It is both odd and refreshing that my mom and I are rebuilding a relationship. I find it very amusing that McCain chose a woman as his running mate in what seems like a desperate grasp at the female vote. If he's trying to win over disappointed Hillary supporters...he will be grossly let down.
