Great thanks to Hellsjester. He introduced me to Hendrick's Gin, which I promptly purchased and am currently enjoying (that's about 4 glasses of enjoyment, kids). He and the lovely Hexadamsel had me over to dinner the other night for roast beast. Excellent stuff. The former's current obsession with Alton Brown is working to my great advantage.
