"Hello." "Hello" seems like such a waste of space.

That was a great collection of songs people suggested, and I appreciate all the thought that went into it.

I'm going with Geoff's suggestion of "Any Way You Want It." It seems to fit the moment of the play best. I can't explain exactly why, but my gut tells me it's right.

Okay, I'm looking for a record that will play a very important role in the play that I'm writing. I already have one or two that will work, but neither is perfect, so maybe somebody can make a suggestion.

But I find it interesting that the communications technology which was supposed to bring everybody closer together is now also tending to divide people up.

My weight loss regimen stalled there for a while. I lost 40 pounds last year, then lost my focus. I've kept up with my Weight Watchers meetings, but I've been losing and gaining the same two pounds since January.

Part of the problem is that I just can't get into a normal routine. My life is all over the place lately. Mostly in good ways, but still.
