Thanks to an email from Pandora, I just found out that Whitesnake released a new album, Forevermore. I just got through listening to it for the first time, but I have to say this album rocks-- it has been a long time since anybody produced an album that I felt was worth buying all of the songs. :) Definitely recommend for those that love 80's hard

My 8 year old niece recently got her own email account and I have been having fun sending her emails from time to time. Last week I bought a new bicycle and decided to send her a picture of it, asking if the snow had melted enough for her to ride her bike yet.

For those of you currently using smart phones, what features would you look for in a phone if you were to buy one today? Are there features you use now that you didn't think you would find useful before you got your phone? And finally, does the smart phone have enough horsepower to replace a notebook or laptop for travel? TIA...

I was at the gun range yesterday and one of the clerks waved me over to the gun counter. He pulled a SIG P250 out of the cabinet and asked me to take a look. Well, this was a first for me. I took a friend out shooting this week and she ended up in tears. :( Luckily it had nothing to do with my instruction or her shooting itself and she promised she would come back to the range with me again. The winds are finally dying down here in the Detroit area but all I can think about is that I wish I was in the UP the past 48 hours... the waves on Lake Superior had to have been phenomenal!
