There is so much snow here in Seattle - upwards of 9 and 10 inches from snow on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday - that the city is pretty shut down. I can't even get my car out off the street I live on, which is not plowed, onto the streets that have been plowed. I didn't do it. I didn't even try. Now I am very sad. But it was just too much money; I couldn't justify the expense, even for a once-in-a-lifetime event such as this.
