A Voice from the VERY Distant Past
Somehow I managed to finish month-end close, type up my employee self-evaluation, and sign up for open benefits enrollment this week. HR doesn’t give a sh*t about Accounting. Well, I haven’t submitted the self-evaluation yet, just typed it up. I want to give it one more read-through with fresh eyes early next week.

A Feline First
The next-door neighbor’s cat was sitting there in the dog run meowing at me persistently through the window this afternoon while I worked. I figured he wanted treats. Dealing with the System, Man
I usually get up at 7:30 on Sundays, to get an extra hour of sleep. Today, thanks to the time change, I got up at 6:30 and got an extra hour. CT Scan Revisited, and You’re Not Doing Halloween Right

Evil Curmudgeon
Curmudgeon is growing a small beard, like a goatee. I told him he looks villainous. He says sinister. It’s like on Star Trek. I suppose baby-faced Good Curmudgeon has gone to live in a parallel universe.
I originally wrote that Curmudgeon is growing a “small bears”. When I proofread, we laughed about that. He said they sure are itchy. -
