A short bike ride away I found a little paradise I had no idea existed. A higher area, in this flat plain town, with some exposed bedrock which is rare in this old lake bottom countryside. The building across from my kitchen window had their spring yard cleaning today. Over breakfast I watched them try to take down the flagpole. The snow has just kept falling and falling. Even the Swedish society, which is built for snow, is struggling a bit under the pressure. Train commuters are having a miserable time.
