I've been having upsetting dreams for weeks now. I want to say that 5 out of the 7 nights of the week im having almost nightmares. I almost always have about 2 or 3 nightmares in one night. I looked out my window this morning and looked out at the orange turning tree in my backyard. I thought 'this is my life, everything I do is my life'.
