On a health note, I don't have cancer, which is a HUGE weight off of my shoulder. They don't however have any idea what's wrong with me. I have two new lumps in my chest, and they've already grown larger in the span of 24 hours. So they're sending me to a specialist who may have a better idea. And hopefully ( Read more... )

The biopsy results were inconclusive, so they had to send them out to another lab to be looked at. I won't be getting the results for another week or so. Which means, very likely after Gavin is already gone. Then they tell me that 'they're inconclusive, but we're going to send you down for some blood test'. I know I haven't gotten into why we left early from vacation yet. And eventually I will update. But for now I will just say that I finally have a new phone after leaving the old one with my psychopathic mother in law. This means, however, that I do not have phone numbers.

So I discovered the hard way today that I can, when pus comes to shove, pull open my wound, pluck out the silver lined cloth stuffed inside and then stuff a clean one right back in there.

Go me.

It hurt like freaking crazy but I did it when I thought my psyche wouldn't allow for it.

I am very proud of me.

There was grog. The saddest table ever and lots of fun times had by all. By some odd stroke of luck we were sat with most of our friends, so there was no awkwardness!
