silly me for thinking being a grown-up would make it any easier to watch the person i love most walk away from me in an airport as we face the biggest change of our two years being side-by-side.

at the end of august i'm moving to pittsburgh to work for an anti-hunger advocacy organization called just harvest. in february i'm moving to washington dc to work for an as-yet-unknown entity (dept. of agriculture? share our strength?). life is changing very quickly and i think this is the moment i was waiting for when i graduated from college and ( Read more... )

the pure and unadultered anger i experience when thinking about or interacting with my roommate is so not worth the emotional toll it's taking on me. i cannot wait to move out.

oh man, who knew permanently deleting my facebook would feel so good. they will probably have all of my information stored in some secret database forever, but for right now, i feel like i've won a little victory.
