Can any of you recommend a specific exercise DVD (or even a series) that's fairly easy to keep up with but also a decent workout? I'm having issues with anxiety keeping me from working out in front of other people right now, and I need a backup plan.

Ok, seriously. I'm getting a cat before the end of June. The plans are in the works. I'm kinda bummed out about the Hill Valley town square and my beloved clock tower. Granted, "Ghost Whisperer" had already given it a complete makeover and turned it into something unrecognizable. But still.

I went to this weird YogaHOPE benefit thing last night at the Sheraton hotel that's attached to the Prudential mall. Amanda Palmer played a solo show as part of a weekend-long convention. I saw "Iron Man" last night. I've always loved Robert Downey Jr., so I knew that he'd be perfect even though I knew nothing about the character. I liked the movie a lot.
