I have determined that going to an agency on two separate occasions to interview, and not being seen, really sucks. I went in today AGAIN to the same agency that I went to Tuesday. I went for a job interview this morning. Or, so I thought. I got up early, got dressed and packed my lunch, and headed into downtown Bklyn, only to get there a few minutes early and find out that they had no record of my interview scheduled for 10:00, and the people who conduct the interviews were in some all day meeting. Dan and I went to VA/DC for the July 4th holiday, to stay with his friends who have a townhouse in Ashburn, VA. It was a nice visit, and time away from the city. We went into DC to the Spy Museum one day, which was pretty darn cool. We also got to go into Baltimore to the harbor--we went into the aquarium and enjoyed the views of the harbor ( Read more... )
