At approximately 8:30 to 8:50 pm CST, October 3rd, 2007, John David Lake, otherwise known as GUIKC on Live Journal, passed away peacefully while on his break at work. So, Nascar was in town this last weekend. This caused a frenzy of excitement amongst most of the workmates, and the hijacking of the breakroom tv to continuous nascar coverage rather than the standard desultory Dr. Phill-age or Judge Alex or bland network evening fare.
