well, rob made an offer on the fisk house. If all goes in our favor our closing date is April 30. Rob also did some figurin on the budget and with his increase in hours, even with the higher house payment than our current rent payment, he says that we are still coming out with higher available funds ( Read more... )

 Today was fun.  It was movie and Wii day.  So I got off the phone at 9:30 and was off until about 1:15.  I went from movie, to meeting, to lunch.  It was awesome.
