Today marks ( 23 weeks. )

I finally slept! Yes, I was actually able to get close to seven hours of sleep last night/this morning and boy is that a wonderful feeling. Also, the pressure in my left ear has let up. It still rings, but it's not so clogged I feel like I'm wearing my old "torpedo" ear plugs I wore in the engine room on summer sea term those years ago. I still ( Read more... )

I went to the doctor today and was given a 10-day run of amoxicillin. She didn't give me a "reason" for my coughing, just told me to keep taking Robitusson/Vicks type cough syrups on my "approved to take" list. I DO have a (and I'm quoting the doc) "nasty" ear infection. I can't really hear much of anything out of my left ear and it has a constant ( Read more... )

I WANT TO QUIT MY JOB. I hate it. I royally, truly, 100 percent hate it and want nothing more than to quit it. I can't. I need the freakin' insurance because we can't afford private health care. Yep, we are having a blizzard. I can see the beginnings of the "white-out" affect that they've been talking about. Normally, I can see the park across the street. Well, not anymore.
