spending my time at home..relaxing (as advised by the Dr.)..and reading through some sites and i found this...
( stage 2 hypertension..so what s the fuss huh )

160/100.. how s that for a blood pressure at young age? what is it called again? high blood pressure?what? did u mention bout hypertension? idk..it s so high that the Dr said it s the same as his late grandmother's reading..is it that bad? i wonder after i read this..should i be happy?
