This is inexcusable. What the article doesn't say is that if the shipping industry were to slow their vessels to 10 knots generally, any revenue loss would be more than offset by the fact that at these speeds you can take advantage of wind and gain a solid 10% to 15% savings on fuel costs ( Read more... )
