Off and on been doing well on the restricting. I weighed myself and it didn't seem like I gained weight.

I started fasting on Saturday.  Then I had to eat due to mother's day.  I totally pigged out on bread pasta and such.  But on Monday I was back to fasting.  My goal is to fast for as long as possible. I always have these fake conversations in my head. Things I'm going to say to someone, things I should say or should have said. Yesterday I zoned out for like 15 minutes completed this conversation. My grandma decided to get dialysis so that gives her 1-2 years. It's still hard. That's an awful situation to be in 2 more weeks or a couple more years. She's still able bodied and she's not senile so her quality of life will be good. Ever since I was a kid it was one of my worst fears to lose my grandparents. I just learned that if my grandma doesn't get dialysis she only has a couple more weeks to live. This is the woman that helped raised me. I know she's old but I don't know if I can handle her dying. But I don't want her to suffer. God I feel like my world is crashing in around me.
