Dumbledore's dildo
I just saw the new Harry Potter trailer on this site, and a journalist reviewing it describes how Dumbledore seems to give Harry a "big crystal memory dildo." And having seen the trailer, that seems like an apt description. And Dumbledore seems to have a lot of them. Let the giggling commence! -
Overheard in Boston...
While I was walking back to my office from lunch I passed by a man and woman walking in the other direction, and I heard the man say, "... He freed a snake from one. He used butter and oil to free a snake from one."
I can't even begin to imagine the context of that conversation, but it sounds delicious! Ideas? -

Speculation on the final Cylon, spoilers under lj-cut

Okay, we just watched the half-season finale of Battlestar Galactica, and based on the episode and the trailer I think it's pretty clear who the final Cyclon is.

McCain Girls exposed!
So the McCain Girls aren't actually just three tone-deaf McCain supporters who decided to do a funny video. It's a professional video created by some budding humor website. I have to say I'm pretty disappointed. What once seemed horribly awesome is now just kinda crass and calculated. Sigh. -

So we just got back for Cali, where A. and I were hosted by C. and E.
