So, Scott and I decided to buy a chicken and name it dinner. We had to get two because, "Chickens are social animals." Their names are Huxley Ann and Kung Pow. We found them at a feed store in Fenton.

What living things do not have tongues besides crustations? I am trying to figure it out, but I can't think of any. Maybe some insects or other sea life, like anenomies and htings like that. Let me know what you know about tongues. Oh, and I'm home from Thailand and it's really great.

My research proposal got accepted with the English Department. I am now going to write a huge essay on the history of Thai poetry and literature as well as the development of contemporary poetry in the context of the 21 century in Thailand ( Read more... )

It's so weird to think that very soon I won't be living here. I am excited to come home and see my friends, but it's going to be so different. I just spent days convincing Webster University St. Louis to giving me credit this term for two classes that I didn't take so that I don't have to pay for 21 hours in the fall.
