Nope- have working for a great company since 7/07, have been  promoted twice and have no plans to change.  Though they new job is stressful, it is a good challenge.

One of the reasons I have not been on here much is that my dad was diagnosed last February with pancreatic cancer.  Maybe it was March, hard to say since life has been such a blur since.  My rents live in Dubuque Iowa so they were at Mayo a lot off and on for days at a time, never knowing when he'd go home and finding out how bad it was.  It is a ( Read more... )

If  you must.  Be sure to wear the heaviest TICK repellent you can find.

I've always hated bug repellent but realize if you are going to hike in MN in tick season there is no other way.  5/28/07 I went hiking at Banning State Park and found 7 ticks on me afterwards, I thought that was bad.  Today we hiked St. Croix State Park.  We went for a short ( Read more... )

I live across the stree from Powderhorn Park.  I am on an EM list serve that tells you when crime happens.  I know there are a lot of break-ins and prostituion.  Occasional shootings.  I always laugh when people look scared to hear this is where I live or call it a "bad part" of town.  I laugh because I know there are such worse area's in other ( Read more... )
