After two weeks of insane exercise for her (15 mile bike ride, 6 mile hikes...etc.) and eating semi-ok (alright i had my bad moments for food) I have gained almost 5 pounds... WTH.

Not sure how to react with to this. I saw a therapist, not only did she say that she can feel the anxiety coming off me, but she also told me she can't tell if I have depression, OCD, anxiety, a combo of all 3, or something different. Am i really that fucked up?!?!?

Thank God I am getting help tomorrow. I don't think i can handle my mind anymore by myself. Thank God I don't have to wait weeks to see a dr. At least that is going right.
