Richard has finally plucked up his courage, and is going to find his fiancee. It's a talk that has been, frankly, overdue. But that doesn't mean he is even slightly looking forward to it. -

Richard is out and about, enjoying the winter in the country. He misses London in some ways, but in others, the clear air of the grounds never ceases to amaze him. If the Mansion has taught Richard one thing about himself, it's that he feels better for being outside. It's something he'd never had much opportunity for, except at Bleak House, and he now wonders if it's part of why he loved his time there. Regardless, he's taking a walk in the woods today, relaxed and enjoying the sunshine. -

Richard's in the library, looking for something to read next, though he doesn't have anything particular in mind. But the other thing he might be looking for is a bit of convesation. Richard is attempting to set tea. He's still not very good, but it's only polite to host tea for Sugar, after she hosted it for him. So he's set up a table in his room, with all the trimmings he can scrounge.

And because it was so in his other OTP, Richard's arm is magically unbroken. As such, he's gone looking for Arabella, to assure her it's mended properly. And perhaps just to say hello. -

Here is, apparently, Molly Seagrim, looking much more serious than is her custom. She's looking for someone, in the main hallway, with no apparent success thus far.
It isn't, in fact, Molly... but given Molly's set of acquaintances, there are any number of people who might kiss first and discover crackplot second. -

After talking to Ragnelle, Richard is finally going to stop hiding and go see Ada.
Not that he was hiding.
Just like he's not pacing around the main room, trying to decide exactly what he's going to say.
