today in my American radicalism history class we watched a movie about the Berkeley student riots and such during the 1960s. Watching it, I couldn't help but compare them to hippies today. I just saw Babel and its unbelievably good. By far the best movie I've seen recently. No movie has ever made a better political statement and it deserves the past several best picture awards because no movie in recent history has touched it. I'm serious.

I should post more often. I read livejournal everyday but fail to post. Oh well, school is good, I still really like UO. Longer update coming soon when I have more time.

I just went for a run, which is something I pretty much never do. In fact, it was only my 2nd athletic activity since I have been at UO. The other one was a run about a month ago that made my entire body sore for a good 2 weeks. This run was harder and I dont even want to imagine how my legs are going to feel tomorrow.
