So my narcoleptic PowerBook seems to be thinking the trackpad is overheating. It is not actually overheating though, the sensor is just gone haywire, one sec it thinks it's -140°F and the next 200°F. I really need to get my reed switch replaced on my PowerBook as it will randomly sleep thinking the lid has closed. It had gone away for a couple of month, but now it's back this morning of course as I'm trying to get some résumés sent out. I'd found mention of a way to override the switch when it was happening before and now I can't find it. ( Read more... )

Switching Bags

I heard something on XM29 this morning about Ashcroft & Coldplay performing. I was like huh because this immediately came to mind and I thought it would be a VERY odd pairing. Though it was Richard not John they were referring to, so this makes a bit more sense.
