Why would people think it was a good idea to protest a funeral? Today here in Wamego was a funeral of an Army Soldier who died on the 15th in Iraq. I understand that people disagree with the war. YAY! Stephan has a tenative date for R&R Aug 30th though September 13. Which would be great because Averie turns 1 on the 8th of September. They will fly him to Dallas-Fort Worth and then a roundtrip ticket is $160 to fly into St. Louis. Better than a I thought it was going to be. I haven't actually spoken to Stephan in 5 days. He was going to call yesterday and I was really looking forward to that phone call. Although I have been able to IM and use the webcam even though the sound doesn't work when he has such a poor connection. YAY!! I got my new camera today, now I have to go play with it to figure out how it works. After I talk to Stephan I will need to run to Wal-Mart to get a memory card for it. So for awhile I will be posting new pictures.

Since when did . . . . . take the place of a comma or a period? I have been getting e-mails that have them all over the place. Not one period just sentences that drift off to nowhere.
