We (meaning Madeline, Ethan and I) drove 11 hours to KY to spend the 4th with my Mom and Dad. Glenda stayed home in order to look after the house (we didn't have power)and to make up hours from her surgery. She is also banking vacation so she can go to Alaska with her Dad in August. I am thinking about going vegetarian again for a while. Aside from the health benefits, it just seems that there is so much waste associated with meat consumption - from the environmental toll to the fact that we seldom finish anything in our fridge.
