Just got off the trail, my first 14.4 mile ride of the season! The arches on my feet ache something bad, and I forgot how much of an incline it is going to the half-way mark. It's only .3%, but that's pretty noticeable when you are trying to average 10 mph on rollerblades.

It's like watching "Napoleon Dynamite," but in virtual reality.

Nothing is as depressing and, at the same time, rewarding as finishing a really great book.
I finished "Harpo Speaks," and I'll write more about it later. But I need some suggestions from the hive mind:

Woot! I made the Crossfit Hattiesburg blog. It was a killer workout, as flipping a huge tire end-over-end over 400 meters can be. My back is killing me! But it was fun. Our team came in second place. Check the blog entry to see what our "reward" was.
But I used the image to come up with an ad for Crossfit. What do you think?
