I know that, at times, it's necessary for some sites to have some sort of verification system set up to prevent bots from automatically creating accounts.  However, I (and a few others I've talked to) are getting frustrated with the Captcha thing, or whatever is it some sites use.  Preventing a computer from reading it seems to also prevent a human ( Read more... )

Deputies Forced to Shoot Escaped Animals

So, some guy had a wild animal preserve, and before he popped himself in the head, he let all the animals loose to fend for themselves (and terrorize civilization).  I saw this on the Detroit news channel last night; I'm surprised they found his body and that he wasn't eaten.
