Yesterday Mr. JaC and I flew to Sun Valley for our annual ski trip. Had to trailer both Bodie and Griggs down to the Special Farrier today (their regular farrier comes to them, but Griggs has been going to this specialist regularly for some corrective work, and it's worked miracles for him; for Bodie it was just to check to see how last summer's hoof crack is doing). You know, technology is just a many-edged sword... :sigh: It's amazing the impact it has on your state of mind - or mine, at least! I rely on it so much. I had a weekend of major stress and anxiety. Beautiful Bodie!
Bodie and I had our last show of last season right before Thanksgiving - November 18. It was the biggest and toughest show we've ever been to in terms of the level and seriousness of competetion and judging. I mostly wanted to go for the experience, for both of us.
