Tomatoes
Mr. Stripey is a horrible variety of tomato. It isn't stripey, it is ripe the day after it is yellow, and 2 days after that it is mushy. If you ever get the chance to grow a Mr. Stripey, I heartily recommend you do not take it. -

My life isn't going anywhere. What am I doing wrong?
I feel like I can quantify my life right now in terms of things that I am NOT doing: not engaged, not getting married, not saving money, not going to grad school, not working a job in line with my interests. Not losing weight. Not getting anywhere.
Not moving forward. -

My unconscious appears to have a religion.
My dream world is, for the most part, internally consistent. Or at least it is as far as I can tell.
I woke up in the middle of a dream last night that was quoting another dream that was basically like one of those History Channel style documentaries on what is apparently a part of my internal bible.

It's my birthday in less than a week! I'm excited about that although I shouldn't really be. Not really doing anything for my b-day. We're taking a trip down to So Cal for Hal's birthday at the end of June.
