I’m down two more pounds for a total of 12lbs lost as of 7/4/11! Pretty proud of myself for that, so far; I’ve only had a week where I gained back a few pounds but since then it’s been pretty steady with either losing or no change one way or another. Maintaining the weight is pretty good, for me, but losing is better. :)

Another quickie.
I’ve lost 10 pounds total, so far! Admittedly it’s taken me a bit longer than I would like but I haven’t exactly been exercising, either, so I just have myself to grump to/about. That’s ok, though. I know eventually I’ll pick up somewhere and get going and hopefully be able to lose more!

A quickie
At last weigh in (a ... couple weeks ago? Last week?) I was about 8 pounds lighter. Yay! I REALLY need to do another weigh-in to see how things are going. I just seem to have a hard time remembering or Larry's out in the sunroom where the scale is and I don't wanna do it with someone else in the room. Silly, maybe, but eh. Seriously?
I’m attempting to get back to eating better since I kind of fell off the wagon for a week or two there. Failing to stop by the store and pick up more lunch stuffs didn’t help either, especially when it seemed like I kept getting off work later than originally planned ( Read more... ) -

Biometrics Results!
So, overall the biometrics wasn’t as bad as I feared and all the people working it that I dealt with were extremely nice. There was no chiding me about my weight and BMI like I had worried about so now I’m glad I did go.

I’ve been managing to keep up with at least one of my wanna-be accomplishments lately; drinking more water! I noticed this morning when I was getting ready for work, too, that it’s possibly been making a difference in my skin as well.
